Terms of Service

1. Overview #

MIZTWEAKS (trading as MIZTWEAKZ, "we", "us" or "our") operates this website and the MIZTWEAKZ store, including all related content, guides, tools and digital products (together, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Services and every purchase you make from us.

By browsing the site, joining our community channels or purchasing a pack, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products or for operational or legal reasons. The current version is always published on this page together with its "Last updated" date.

2. Digital Products & Delivery #

Everything we sell is a digital download. Our tweak packs (FPS, Ping, Delay and the Ultimate Bundle) and the PC Debloat Tool are delivered as a downloadable app. No physical goods are added to the app and nothing is mailed to you.

Every plan includes:

• The MizTweakz app
• An easy-to-follow step-by-step guide

Tweaks are instantly sent to the email address you provide at checkout and can also be downloaded from the store right after purchase. Please make sure the email address on your order is correct so your download reaches you.

3. Payments & Pricing #

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Sale prices and promotions (such as a site-wide discount) are available for a limited time and may change or end at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Purchases are completed through our Shopify-powered checkout at miztweakz.com. Payment details are handled by the checkout and payment providers; see our Privacy Policy for how payment information is processed.
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. Because delivery is instant, the download is released to you immediately after that.

4. Refunds #

Because the product is instantly delivered to your device, we offer no refunds. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before making a purchase. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, don't hesitate to contact us. We're happy to help clarify anything.

5. License & Acceptable Use #

When you buy a pack you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and guides it contains on your own devices.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute or publicly post the app, guides or videos, or make them available to anyone who has not purchased them.
• Present the tweaks as your own work or bundle them into other products or services.

The product content, including the app, guides, logos and this website, belongs to MIZTWEAKS.

6. Disclaimers #

Our tweaks are tested, non-intrusive and fully reversible, and we don't use sketchy third-party tools. Just system tweaks used by Mizery himself, and some pros. That said, every PC is different, and you apply any optimization at your own risk.

• Compatibility. Our packs are optimized for Windows 10 & 11 and work on laptops and desktops. Depending on the level of your setup, results may vary.
• Performance figures. Reported gains, for example 50 to 100 FPS, lower ping and reduced input delay, come from real users on their own hardware. They are real-world reports, not a guarantee of specific results on your system.
• Reversibility. Everything is fully reversible, so the tweaks can be undone if you change your mind. We still recommend creating a Windows restore point or backup before applying any changes.
• Third-party changes. To the extent permitted by law, MIZTWEAKS is not responsible for instability caused by hardware limitations, third-party software or modifications, or changes made outside of the instructions included with your pack.
• Trademarks. Game titles, hardware and software names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. MIZTWEAKZ is not affiliated with Microsoft or with any game publisher named on this site.
